Project Monitoring Unit

The project Monitoring Unit is one of the significant functionalities at CEDMAP. The department is assigned the task of initiating, monitoring, implementing, and assessment of various projects. It also has the principal responsibility for interventions of Government agencies, NGOs, and Private organizations in the larger interest of all.

The Salient undertakings of PMU are to oversee, supervise and monitor quality control of the below- mentioned activities:

  • CEDMAP Financial Inclusion Division (CFID)

    • (Under Financial inclusion scheme of RBI)
    • CFID has been formed to implement financial inclusion scheme of RBI with the aim to reach out to the rural masses, make them aware of the banking and its advantages, develop a sense of saving money in them and empower them with the tool of Financial Inclusion.
    • Under this scheme; State Bank of India has appointed us as business correspondent (BC) / Business facilitator (BF) for the execution.
    • CEDMAP has taken up this task with a vision to use Financial Inclusion Scheme as a tool to cultivate a sense of Banking in rural fields, providing employment and uplifting society. It aims at providing access to affordable financial services to the deprived masses – especially credit and insurance – enlarge livelihood opportunities and empowers them to take charge of their lives.

    • CEDMAP is empaneled as Technical Implementation agency (TI) with TRIFED, IGTR & KVIC under the SFURTI Scheme.
